As a business, we've had the pleasure of some fantastic work in the past from Protech at a reasonable price. However, of late, we have found that intricate parts have been turned away (even if we have had the same part coated previously) and even found it hard to pay. Im not usually a person to leave reviews but the manner that the lady spoke to us is a disgrace and the aggression towards a paying customer is atrocious. To top it off, to find out we have been paying over double the cost to be a regular named customer of theirs compared to Joe Bloggs off the street leaves me with no alternative to leave a review so the business has a chance to change who is customer facing and to ensure future customers are not faced with the same issue.

Excellent B2B service from Protech. Their service is excellent and the finish of everything we send to them is outstanding. Highly recommended.
