Excellent service. They have any battery that you could need. If not, I'm sure that they would do their best to get it for you. They also have all the accessories that you could need. And the prices are very reasonable as well.I had a leisure battery, and it stopped holding a charge about 11 months after purchasing it. They replaced it no questions asked. That's what I call service.

I use these guys every day and their service is great. Good range of parts in stock and helpful if part not in stock can arrange a next day delivery.

Bought a battery with a 5 year guarantee. It worked faultlessly for just under 2 years, then died completely whilst stopping off for milk on my way home one evening. Bedford Battery refused to replace it and basically accused me of miss treating it. The battery had been run daily, mainly 15 to 20 mile journeys, never ran flat and always started the car instantly (until the day the battery died). The alternator was checked and worked fine and a replacement battery that I bought (from a different supplier) worked without any issues. I've learnt my lesson, never pay extra for a battery that has a 5 year guarantee. Only giving 1 star because you can give no stars! I was a loyal customer for around 30 years and have always maintined my own vehicles, but now I shop elsewhere.

Very helpful had what I wanted and at a good price

Uncompetitive on price for trade or retail. Staff would benefit from some basic customer service training but they had what I needed in stock. Best to avoid, Motorserv and even Euro Car Parts are a better bet.

Felt let downWas informed that the part I needed was on the shelf, arrived at the store to be told it's wrong but the correct part would be delivered in store within 35 mins.Came back to find the part wasn't on the delivery, someone messed up" and that it would be another hour and 15 before arriving.I left

Lucky I gave you one rating it should be 0 as your service is appalling. Staff needs to be trained how to deal with customers. I was waiting at the till yesterday to be served i was acknowledged by the member of staff at the till, but as he came off the phone he ignored me and served the lady behind me. Until I told him what do you think am doing here"
