I would just like to say I cannot thank Carlos , Mark and the team at complete financing enough! They were brilliant and managed to help me financially at a time when it was looking like all my options were rejected . When you hit financial difficulty wether in Buisness , personal or both and it’s a a time when your not giving up and trying your best to battle through ans need a little leg up and and some help lenders don’t want to know. You jump through all the hoops and get rejected at the post for the most ridiculous reason. That was me last month and I had no where to turnUntil I was put on to Carlos and his team at complete financing by my financial adviser. They were brilliant , they got straight on the case , kept me updated through the whole process , they were sympathetic and understanding , polite and always contactable. When they got to the last hurdle and my mortgage company penalised the whole deal because I’d been late on a few of my mortgage payments my situation was looking bleak but Carlos didn’t give up he went the extra mile and tried one last attempt from a different angle ans came up trumps !! The team at Complete financing are, hands down, the most helpful, diligent, friendly and proactive people I have ever dealt with on any aspect of our finances. Being self employed often puts barriers in place for a mortgage etc, however they were able to make it seamless and kept us informed throughout the whole process through completion, not to mention saving us a huge amount of money. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Carlos and Marc helped with a customer who contacted us for finance, he did not have the most straightforward history, but Carlos could see a route forward for him and confirmed they could help. From first contact to when the financing was approved and completed, they worked as a great team, keeping us and our customer fully updated throughout and actively pushing the case through.
