Royal Mail

What a ridiculous service. I work Monday to Friday so I am not home for deliveries so I wanted to arrange collection from Hamilton street office. However, it is only open from 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm. As a working person how am I supposed to collect my parcel. I can only get there in my lunch hour and I can’t get there before 6pm. RoyL Mail are way behind courier companies in terms of a delivery service.On occasions in the past whenever I have collected parcels the staff have been excellent. Sadly the powers above think these opening times are adequate. I’m never going to order anything if it is going to be delivered by Royal Mail. I would rather pay extra to have a better delivery service from another company.

2 failed deliveries saying no access on a empty street and on the cctv there has been No attempt to deliver.!Some driver just wanted to go home early I guess useless......Thanks for wasting 2 days il just use a evri next time.

I was having a problem with my deliveries, basically no mail was being delivered to my home weeks after being sent. Royal mail customer service advised me to go to my local delivery office to see if they could help. The man at the counter was not slightly interested helping, to the point of being sullen and rude, would not engage in any kind of dialogue about the problem or get another member of staff to help me. How can someone with zero people skills be allowed to do a job that involves customer service.

The staff here are very helpful and polite. Service is excellent as always!

Went pick up my parcel to no space in the carpark had park last space on the main road had no double yellows.As I was driving find a space a royal mail person appeared from one of the cars, now the staff use the customer carpark to park there cars great idea royal mail!!Where are we meant to park to pick up parcels.Guy at the collection point was great though.

Lovely staff, very helpful and will explain if your unsure on anything. This post office do a brill job!

Very convenient, last post collection is 18h00/18h30 so if you've missed the last collection at your local post offices this is great.Since they did some renovation's the place where you collect your parcels etc is 100 times better & work's much more smoothly.Always very busy.
