Baxi Boilers
Paid for an annual service subscription for a Main Eco Compact boiler in our new house. I got leave from my work for that day to wait at home - engineer Samual simply did not show up. When we called back, he repeatedly hung up. We called the company, and it seemed he didn't answer their calls either. Fast forward a few days, we received a call out of the blue saying they re-arranged for a new appointment; no apologies or excuses. Few weeks later, same serviceman Samual rang the bell, again no apologies, He was quite aggresive and did the absolute minimal. Shameful and a waste of money and time. Instead of paying these people, just get a general gas boiler maintenance person - it will be much cheaper and possibly a happier experience
