My first ever experience of getting a made to measure suit and I’m absolutely blown away. The level of detail these guys go into is ridiculous! The friendliest group of gents I’ve ever come across, talked me through the entire process, down the the stitch patterns. Measured to perfection, told me things about my physique and style that I didn’t even know about myself. Cannot recommend them enough, absolutely worth the 4 hour drive!

My mother decided on fabrics, paid them (at which point you expect them to buy the fabric) and organised to come in to get fitting. We arrive and are told they dont have the fabric which is a bit of a joke. Granted it was over the course of a long period due to covid cancelations etc but once money has been paid you should buy the bloody fabric. Wouldnt use them again.

The service in Forbes is first class. I went in with 2 of my friends to get fitted for suits for going to the races. Josh showed complete professionalism throughout the whole time we were in. The suits are of an amazing quality and all 3 of us left happy. Would definitely buy from here again. 5 stars.

Went in today looking to get a suit for my son, Greeted by a young man Josh & Dominic asked what we were looking for, Josh took over explained the whole entire process, fabrics, size, alterations, it was all explained. fantastic customer service got everything we need from these guys. thank you so much for the great service today Josh. cant recommend these guys enough, will definitely be back. 5/5 service, quality, very pleased indeed

If you want a high quality suit that looks the part and fits perfectly then go to Forbes and treat yourself. Josh and his team are very welcoming, efficient and know their jobs inside out. I came through from Fife and Josh went out his way to make sure my alterations were done within a few hours. You can’t fault this place.

The best place in not only Glasgow but in my opinion the whole of the UK. The high level of customer service along with quality of the product available to purchase is the reason why this is the place to go! The staff and the owners are on a different level of personal service. 10/10. I will definitely be back!

Gentlemen serving me was nice in the start and as soon as we tried on about 6-7 suits his attitude suddenly changed. Waited around 15 mins to try on another suit as he was also serving someone else as they where understaffed.After waiting a while I reminded him that my friend was waiting try on a suit. He spoke very rudely to me telling me that he was understaffed and that I could leave. I found his response very unprofessional and insulting it made me feel as if We were not welcomed in the shop. I buy suits regularly from London ready made suits from bespoke tailors in London can be purchased starting from as low as £700 and have received proper professionalism and quality of service.I personally like full bespoke suits rather than pre made with alteration available, majority of my suits start from £1500 and I spend time to make sure I get something I like and have always been made welcome wherever I go but today I just felt at Forbes i was not welcome and they did not care for my business. Unfortunately due to shortage of time we did purchase a £900+ suit from here but unless they change they’re customer service techniques we won’t be back for more ashamed as I really did like another suit there and would of most likely also purchased that

Tried 3 times to book an appointment through the website over a period of 2 weeks. I am still waiting for a reply. I can only assume you have too much work on at the moment and not taking any appointments or maybe just wanting celebrities, looking at your website pictures.VERY DISAPPOINTED. Forbes Tailoring was recommended as i was looking to get fitted for my daughters wedding.

Best about. Chris, Dom and Josh sorted me a suit in a quick turnaround 3 days for a wedding and provided a class service. They’re casual clothes are the best quality as well and would recommend it to anyone!
