Highly recommend!! The lady that did mine was so lovely and a proper perfectionist, before she carried on to the next step she’d always check I was satisfied before moving on in case she needed to change anything. Nails are exactly how I wanted them, love!!

My wife went for a pedicure and what an unpleasant experience it was. She tried to pay the bill of £28 with two £20 pound notes one of them happened to be an old note which is still legal tender until 30.09.22 but they point blank refused to accept it. Because my wife had no more cash on her she had to ring me and I had to drive all the way to pay. When I reminded the manageress that the old £20 is still legal tender and if she just can not arbitrarily refuse, she was very rude and said she won't accept it because there are fake notes around. I reminded her that as a business she should have a fake spotting device. She was very argumentative and patronising. This made my wife very upset and we left. NEVER AGAIN will my wife or any of her friends will visit this place.

This place is brilliant. Don’t understand any bad reviews of it? Been going here now for over 12 months n can’t fault it n it’s always busy so they’re obviously doing it right. So what if they don’t all speak English? It’s a business that they run well, not a social party lol. I’ve never come away with anything less than perfect nails that last until I next go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Poor quality on materials, my nails started to fall almost 2 weeks after. The gel polish either peels of.

Booked appointment for pedicure .This place is below standard.on arrival with appointment,Rude reception, owner was fixing his son’s bike and rudely asked me to take seat.Kid was crying loud. Staff does not understand English.It was a gimmick, wasted £25 for 20 minuets pedicure.Wouldn’t recommend this place for pedicure.

Terrible experience! Cheap acrylic nails that broke 2 times in the first week! they repaired them, but then another 1 went and they wanted to charge me to remove them, no offer of compensation, horrible attitude, avoid!

Such unfriendly staff!! The guy didn’t even take his eyes off his phone while I had to explain what nails I wanted. He seemed annoyed and had an attitude the whole time. Made me feel uncomfortable and I would not go back!! Customer service means zero to them!

I am used to the rudeness of this nail salon . We want fast nails not so fast that the staff take over where the other left off . Yes they do the nails ok . However , I have a disability and my metal knee was playing up . He told me off for not being in the middle of the counter . I tried to move up by holding onto the table . However , he shouted at me and told me that I had moved the table and he started to bang the table about in temper telling me off over and over again . I didn’t dare tell him about my disability and I held in my tears . I was embarrassed in front of others waiting . I will never go back there again I would rather do without !
