I went to the longtown eryshop after checking out some other bike shops in the area. Very happy with the service here, a good quality bike at a reasonable price and the staffare knowledgeable and helpful. They are busy so it can be hard to get through on the phone but it's worth it and the after care is good.

On a long distance cycle my back tyre split as I arrived into Gretna at the end of the day. The nearest bike shop was Bikesevern, 5 miles away. I called them and they brought the tyre to the hotel and fitted it within an hour despite the shop being incredibly busy. I cannot speak highly enough of their amazing response, they really went above and beyond the call. Thanks again Tino

Very impressed with the good service received yesterday. Quick decision to purchase an EMTB and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that the bike was ready for collection that day by 5pm. Would recommend this bike shop for it's quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Rolled up to Bikeseven with a dented rear wheel after hitting a pothole. Adrian fitted new Mavic wheel whilst I waited with a coffee. Thanks so much for getting our JoGLE charity bike ride back on the road. First class speedy and friendly service

Took my bike to three local repair shops to be recommissioned after a long period of (not ideal) storage. Sadly Bike 7 were way dearer than the rest so never used them. Quite helpful and pleasant though.Response to vendorI had listened to your voicemail prior to posting comments regarding pricing.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Have a great selection of bikes and accessories that seem to be reasonably priced. Got my e-bike repaired there which was a smooth experience from start to finish and communication was very good keeping me updated with the repairs progress ... Would have been five stars if it hadn't been for the £65 per hour rate for looking/repairing bike ... My BMW main dealer doesn't takes that much to look at my car .. but apart from that a good experience.

200 km into a 300 km audax and my SRAM gearing died. It looked like I was going to have to scratch. I limped into bike seven in Longtown. The mechanic looked at my bike, diagnosed the fault, fixed it and had me on my way in 20 minutes. I say mechanic, but actually he’s a wizard in a beanie. Awesome service, awesome bike shop.. 100% recommended.

Bought a couple of bikes and kids scooters from here over the past few months. Today we got a new bike for our youngest. We were served by the Scot" who was brilliant. Very helpful
