Very rude staff, who seem annoyed when they have to pause their conversations or playing on their phones to serve. The products are never well cooked, and it's overpriced due to being under 02. Never put up signs if the app or card machine are down, and offer rudeness when questioned

Just went to look at my chicken bake and I'm not sure what I have been given? Just pastry no filling?

Seriously do not need to start my morning being ganged up on and shouted at by two members of staff at the same time simply for asking if anything can be done about my free O2 sausage roll because I’d already redeemed the code (which expires in 25 mins) before seeing the small sign saying their reward scanner isn’t working. If they just spoke to me with some decency I would’ve paid for it, as I do like 3 times a week. On the rare occasion their scanner does work and you can redeem your free reward, they speak to you with such disgust as if you’re trying to steal from them. Everyone in this shop is just angry for no reason and the amount of stress they create is really not worth it for a cold sausage roll.

They advertise they open at 05:30 AM from Monday to Friday yet there's no one in the shop even at 05:50 AM. No excuse since the Pret a manger shop 15 feet away is open and fully staffed

1 star is generous. They NEVER have any food. And close early constantly. Its 9.20pm and already shut. Terrible service

Extremely mediocre steak bakes. Like 40% of the normal amount of steak/sauce inside. Never paying for Greggs pastry again, except for sausage rolls, which are now £1.45 - would rather go pret.

Been into this store twice in last two weeks, each time was treated appallingly. Got dirty looks for walking through the door and a sneer for ordering a sausage roll that was shoved at me. Twice in two weeks by two different members of staff who definitely do not want to work there. Crossed my mind it my be community service.

Thoroughly enjoyed my latte and donut ; their coffee is much better than I remember. Although the prices have increased - much like everywhere- there's still a good deal on two large iced donuts for £1.45.

Didn’t expect the incident would make me go tiring all day! The staff worked there made the customers wait for more than 5mins to make a single order and the other till was empty.The food I always love from Greggs but the service this time was really disappointing
