Fantastic opticians, in my experience there are very few places that offer the selection of frames and none that provide the quality of service & advice that Ellis & Killpartrick does.

If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would. Whist visiting Cheltenham during Christmas I broke my glasses. Although my frame was beyond repair the two ladies in store quickly located a new frame that was suitable for my existing lenses. I was away with what felt like new glasses in just 10 mins. None of the other opticians I visited would even look to see if there was a frame that was close. Amazing service and if I lived locally would be my optician of choice. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you saved my Christmas

l have been a long time client of the Cheltenham branch of Ellis and Killpartrick. I have always bought sunglasses from them as l loved their wide range of choices and prices.Recently however, l have needed glasses for reading and driving and l found the staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right frames for my face.
