Stay away. He made so many mistakes on the drawings, we had to start again with another company, and now he's disappeared on holiday for 5 weeks to Pakistan with zero staff on call to help. Also ripped us for with a surprise bill as he had to add a few more lines. I should have listened to a friend who told me a similar story. He also has a bit of an attitude. Spend the extra money and use a proper architect who will also call you back.
