Brilliant shop. Customer service always excellent. They take their time to make sure you are aware of everything and don't make you feel rushed or silly for not knowing something. Really great especially when shopping with a child with ASD

Massive selection of games. Not overpriced on new games and there's a decent selection of pre-owned - for all platforms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shop is clean, warm and disabled friendly (although the centre's public toilets are still closed)

Some of the staff are great and so nice, helpful and make you feel welcome, the 4star rating goes because other staff don't even acknowledge you and don't even say a word when you walk in, which is a shame as I love shopping there and have a great experience with the other staff.

Absolute joke of a store, tripping over stock on the floor and to add insult to injury, its the second time I've been in to the store to get a copy of the same game that they have out on the shelf to be told sorry, we don't have that in stock! Even more irritating now you have to come here because the store in Dundee closed!

Absolutely shocked at the service reserved on line thinking I could pay then found out I have to click and collect so did that went to pick up item and was told would have to pay again for reserved item ( was sitting behind counter could see it) as my click and collect was being sent from main depot!! Can’t cancel so will have to go back in to pick up item to then return it straight away as I went elsewhere for it, staff member gave me a number to call to complain (wasn’t interested at all) but number has been disconnected and complaint link on site says page doesn’t exist , avoid these people at all costs Argos are cheaper

Very different from even a year ago. Video games are clearly not their sellers any more. Good selection still but I just couldn't find anything I was interested in really. I collect but walked away without anything. Easy to find and clean
