Adam provided first class service by installing new gas hob connection, several new radiators and fixing broken water supply pipe.I couldn’t have asked for a better gas and plumbing engineer.It seems no job is to small or to challenging for them because their engineers will deliver the top quality of work.Thank you Adam for your help and excellent service.

Our shower was leaking when anyone used it from underneath, crunched under foot and didn't feel safe..(rented) landlord arranged for these guys to come round. Lovely professional guys, Jason and Jack. Very polite, courteous and honestly an amazing job. Took out old shower tray, refitted new one and new waste pipes for easier access if ever needed in the future, which will also save money if we ever need to get to the pipework. Highly recommended to anyone. Our shower is a tiny room with not much room to work at all, so most companies would have said no. But nothing is to much trouble. Cleaned up after themselves too. Which is always a added bonus! Very happy. Thank you so much.

Normally do all my own DIY but had a tricky bath tap to replace so rang Ambi Smart to help. They came out the same day and did a brilliant job. Got it sorted very quickly and left no mess or anything. Really polite and explained everything really well. Will definitely call them if I need help again. 100% recommend.

I can't fault the visit itself, the guy doing the job was really friendly and professional.When booking I asked for the hourly rates. I heard back £60 for non emergency, £120 for an emergency visit - so I opted to wait for a non-emergency appointment. Apparently I failed to hear over the phone, that these were actually the rates per half-hour.Very surprised at the £200 bill for 1.5hrs work (no materials, just silicon applied to the shower door), I questioned this with the customer support team. They promised to get back to me within a day but never did.I cannot find any other plumber that charges anywhere near the £120/hr rate for a non-emergency call. According to various sources, as of 2022, £30-£60 is the normal range, going as high as £80 in London.Maybe my mistake for misinterpreting over the phone, but they assure me that £120 per hour is their non-emergency rate, and £240 for emergency calls - so be aware of this before booking as it isn't a fair market price.

Fantastic service, very professional and honest.We booked them in to replace our leaking corner shower. This involved removing the shower tray, tiles and glass doors and replacing the trays, tiles and sorting out the leak. They were professional and very helpful. They recommended the best options, one including replacement of our hard to clean bathroom tiles for a marble board which looks great and is easy to clean. Ordering of the parts, installation and presentation of the shower was done professionally and on time.As a result of their fantastic service we booked them straight away to replace the tiles, install a shower and shower glass in my sons bathroom. Again, great communication, value for money and fantastic service.I would recommend them, I am planning to get them back in to place a few of my sinks and taps.

Found Adam through mybuilder.com, he came back to me immediately and we discussed over the phone the problems we had with heating our bathroom. He promptly came out to do a site visit and we agreed on the work that would have to be done, later he sent me a quote and within the working week we had a new radiator installed and the job was done!Adam was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions and talk through the process so we knew exactly what work was being done. It was a clean and tidy job, they put down sheeting for the stairs and swept the bathroom floor up after the installation. I would definitely recommend this company! 5 stars all the way.

A pleasure to work with from start to finish. My query was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was offered a call on the next-but-one working day. The person taking my call asked whether I would wish to receive confirmation via phone or email, and promptly provided those details afterwards.The plumbers (one experienced worker with a trainee) were prompt, professional and exceedingly polite, and explained clearly to me what their diagnosis was and what the solution would be. They didn't touch anything without first consulting, obtained some replacements parts quickly, and were friendly throughout, and even offered some knowledgeable advice about some non-plumbing related problems we've been having.This was my first time using Ambi Smart's services, and I was left very much impressed.

Overall such a great company to get a job done by. My hot water went out and they came out the same evening I called them and was very polite and provided a great understanding of knowledge so you know what's wrong. Unfortunately I was informed that I needed a new boiler but they were great sorting out the quote and letting me know they were finance option available. As soon as it was confirmed I was accepted they were out in a couple of days to fit my new boiler. As per the first time he was extremely polite and professional and got the job done efficiently. I will be going with them every year for my boiler's annual inspection.Overall: 10/10, professional, reasonable priced, efficient

Mr. Adam is really great professional. We have needed an urgent solution about boiler problem. He came and fix it during yesterday.He is very kind, working really clean and carefully. He is not only a boiler man, he is a good electrician as well. He can do everything!! He is really hardworking person and I like his motivation about his work. He is really focused on his job and happy person while doing it.He assemble every part very carefully and inspect each process after finishing.
