I ordered a throttle cable this afternoon and it will he delivered first thing in the morning! After just 1 minute of speaking to Simon I could tell that he is the rarest of people these days...a proper parts interpreter. He answered all of the questions I had and shipped the parts within 30 minutes of my placing the order. I worked as an automotive parts specialist for 20 years and nothing frustrates me more than the blank expression I see when I ask for a spigot bearing or an m8 × 1.25 bolt in almost every parts supply store I have been to. Dear T. Norris Marine Ltd. ,I have received and fitted the propeller that you specified and supplied for my yacht and its engine which had a very undersized propeller. The difference is amazing, the boat is much faster and at lower revs than before and will reach “hull speed” at the engine maximum torque rate. Turning the boat through a strong head wind is no longer a problem. In all I am delighted with the results that your propeller has given.
