How many times am I going to be asked to Tell you how well I was treated, how clean the car was how pleasant the staff were. 5 Stars says it all. Third or fourth post.

Great customer service, offered me an upgrade and gave the space to make the choice as well. Great team. Had a great experience .

Really poor experience with Giffnock branch. Rented a car in October and pointed out damage to the wheel during the walk through. I was told don't worry that's all noted on the system" ... 1 month later i receive a bill for damage from the damage recovery unit. I went into the branch to speak to the branch manager who was rude and arrogant enough to say yes the alloy was damaged but you've also damaged the wheel! And we wouldnt rent out a car with wheel damage but yes if its alloy damage we would still give it out. Fast forward to today...after chasing up with damage recovery unit they are refunding my money and apologised and said this is a branch error! Great customer service from the contact centre just a shame this branch is so poorly run!"

The staff lack in communication. I have given 200 pound as deposit on booking and modify my booking for one extra day and return on Edinburgh airport instead of branch and staff told me that you will get 125 pound return on car return and showed me in system. I have asked to mention this on email for confirmation but no email confirmation was given. When next day car returned at Airport the staff said we don't have any information for this and you will get the phone call how much to return. There was No phone call to me, No email and my deposit still not returned. Be aware using there services. Unfair service provided
