I'm glad our nanny came through Harmony at Home. I was working with a couple of agencies, but they were my favourite! The personalised emails giving background and colour to the C.V.s and candidates suitability really helps! Also Gemma's professionalism, rapid response times and even supporting documents/guidance and advice provided were all top notch.In a dream world, this nanny will be with us for years and I won't need agency services again, but failing that I'll be in touch and don't hesitate to recommend you to others.

She was great to work with and very responsive getting back to me outside normal working hours to make sure I found the right nanny in a short space of time. Maxine helped us with a last-minute new nanny search and she was fantastic. Despite the fact that our search began just before the Christmas break, she was incredibly responsive over the two weeks of our search. Gemma at Harmony has been nothing short of amazing! This was the first time we were looking to employ a nanny and Gemma was excellent at holding our hand and guiding us through this whole process. She took all the stress out of the search for the right nanny, undertaking all the necessary checks on our behalf and took lots of time to get to know us and our particular requirements. It couldn’t have been an easier or more pleasant process. As a result, we now have a lovely nanny!!

Gemma and the team at Harmony at Home helped guide us through the process of finding a nanny for our family, for our first time. Gemma was so helpful in explaining our responsibilities as employers and also how to find the best nanny to suit our family. The team were able to do a brilliant job with advertising the position and interviewing / screening candidates.
