All of the team are always polite and friendly, never intrusive and never pushing for the sale, Their knowledge of all the products and warranties available is second to none. I've bought over 10 watches from the Burnley branch as well as lots of presents for family and friends, It really is down to the friendliness of the team, the quality of products and the presentation boxes/wrapping. The store is always immaculately clean and smelling fresh.Keep up the great work.
