Great customer service and speedy repairs at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

I paid over £400 for a service and repairs to my Tag watch, they did a good job but then needed a replacement battery a year later. They changed to battery but did not ensure my watch was watertight (its a diving watch waterproof to 200 meters underwater). I went swimming with my 4 year old in a splash park and the dial fogged up and the watch stopped. Time wise took the watch back and admitted they were at fault but only did half the repairs then told me I had to pay over £150 to get it fixed. I went in the shop to question why I had to pay as it was clearly their fault and was spoken to in a very rude manner by one of the technicians (short guy with dyed black hair) they refused to fix my watch even though they had admitted they were at fault. I have spent hundreds of pounds with them and they shrugged off their mistake in a very rude manner. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them. Very poor customer service.

Excellent service today. I spent a whole week trying to fix my running watch strap to no avail. These experts managed to do it about 10 minutes! Thank you.

Blake kept me well informed and made sure government guidelines were adhered to when dropping off and picking up.
