my boyfriend ordered a bacon burger......and it came with maggots!!!!!! i immediately reported it and the cashier seemed like they didnt care, tho they did seem to be a bit special in the head, but please dont eat here and CALL THE HEALTH INPECTORS! this is not okay to be eating, i could have been severally hurt if i continued to eat the bacon burger.

No sauces, or napkins. Phoned before hand to ask which squashmellow they had in and they told me draco and went to get it was wade that I already have!! Happy meal not so happy.. also gave me a cheese burger when I wanted a hamburger.

If I could give it a zero I WOULD!!! Appalling, fast food ? Got to be kidding 20 minutes of waiting in a bay to receive cold food. Only told after you order and paid for your food that they haven’t got this and that to then receive your order open it up to find things missing like the simple burger sauce!!!!And absolutely vile chips dog ended up with it Seriously management needs to look at the quality of the food going out and how to make the service a bit quicker it wasn’t even busy and told to wait in a bay. It’s not the first time and I shall not be returning.

Gotta say probably the best McDonald's I've been too. A big competition ended around the corner from this place so as you can imagine loads of people came here, me being one of them. The order came out really quickly, the food not only tasted great but looked great for a change from McDonald's. You know they're not going to be but the onions looked freshly picked and they didn't just give you a few. It was late and half the restaurant was shut off however seeing us all coming in they didn't put up a fuss and let us sit there anyway, chatting to us listening to what we've been doing.I'd give 5* but that's gotta be saved for those restaurants which just blow you away

Received my order off of the just eat delivery driver about 20 mins ago missing two drink my fries tasted completely like deodorant buns on the burgers was practically burnt I am not happy havnt eaten all day and this is what I get it is absolutely ridiculous. Not happy

Absolute joke, can never get orders right, food is always missing! Probably the 3 time this month they have messed my order up through Uber eats.. and then when you ring them the Attitude on the manager is disrespectful they do nothing to try and help just have loads of attitude saying we have to ring Uber when it’s there mistake! Obviously they don’t know how to run a business or keep control of their staff.. worst McDonald’s in the south wales area.. never again and I advise people to stay away!!

Go to Brynmawr instead.They keep missing items from orders. Like tonight, missing a drink, fries and ketchup from both happy meals. I told them and they said they’d put it all in the boxes….nope. Still missing a drink and ketchup.Plus they ran out of all drinks recently because someone forgot to order stock, and they’re ice cream/blended drinks are constant lying unavailable.

AVOID! AVOID! This has got to be one of the worst stores, I don't care that its franchised. I worked for a franchised store when younger and its shocking the things they try and get away with!! AVOID. WORSE THAN THE PLAGUE. I don't remmoned a single thing
