Mum ordered a few spare fridge and freezer parts. Half of the items arrived cracked and damaged. Not to mention that half of the items never arrived in a box so that solves that mystery. My mum returned the items the next day yet they keep returning the items back to her and no refund issued. This will be the third time we are sending the items back!No phone number to speak to someone either. Disgusting!

As with so many other reviewers, i wish i had read the reviews before ordering. 2 parts ordered on 21 Nov, both arrived 11 Dec & one part incorrect. Have little faith that this will be resolved before Xmas! Shop elsewhere & save yourself hassle

Sent wrong part , no phone number , will see if they get the correct part out next day delivery as requested on there poor automated system. Will update outcome and rating accordingly. Chat box system for a part is ridiculous, people want to speak to them and get the incorrect order sorted out quickly don’t want to hear we aim to get back to you in 24hrs . We shall see might be surprised

scam company do not deal with this business..parts never arrive causing me issues with a client when i told them the parts would be a few days.they take orders without stock and dont have telephone supportthey have bot support and then if you are lucky you can chat to a girl in india.sick of businesses taking your money and orders and then not informing you they dont have stocki wish i had read the google review before making order as it seams is a common occurance...

Avoid Ransom Spares like the plague! We ordered a replacement part of our fridge, received an order confirmation and then no further communication whatsoever. They don't list any phone numbers and the only means by which you are able to make any kind of contact with them is by using their standard Q&As which are as useful as a chocolate teapot! We now want to cancel this order but there is absolutely no way in which this can be done.An absolute rip-off.

Excellent service, ordered on a Saturday and the part was with me Monday morning. The replacement part seems to be of good quality and fit my dryer no problem. Will use again for sure.

Ordered a new oven seal. They sent the wrong one. I contacted them with a photo of my oven and they agreed it was their fault (they shouldn't have said the part was compatible with my model on their listing). They then sent a replacement a few weeks later. It is wrong again! They had a photo of the oven and all of its specifications. Having acknowledged it was their mistake twice, they now have given up trying to help. This has cost me one month and required many email exchanges, only to get back to having no oven seal.

Dont know if these guys have been taken over between my orders in the past to now, but now they are terrible! I ordered a part that on their website said available for next day delivery so assumed it was in stock, I live not far from the warehouse in Yeovil so selected collection to save on delivery. All good up until then, now following several emails (as there is no other way to get in contact) Ive been waiting for 2 weeks, and have now given up, ordered from another comapny and have the part fitted. Still waiting on a cancellation conformation as I have emailed to express my displeasure at the long wait, and lack of communication of any delays, so will wait to see if I do get one!Just looked on the website, and is now saying that the part if ordered now will be dispatched within 6 weeks!Ive ordered parts from Ransom Spares a couple years ago and had no issues at all, shame its gone so far downhill (considering other recent reviews).

Ordered items that were in stock with a 3-day delivery time. Still waiting 12 days later without any contact, impossible to contact except for an online form which they have taken two days to respond to my message with some nonsense excuse about a massive influx or orders" - have requested a refund but expect that will take ages also. Companies like this do not deserve to exist in this day and age. If I do not get a prompt refund

paid extra postage for next day delivery but been 3 days and no delivery!No contact number and no one replied on their chat page.Not sure if this is actually a valid company!
