If I could give a minus score I would. After visiting Ace Decor to purchase wallpaper that we knew prior to going was £160-£200 a roll, to be told when we asked a question “that’s very expensive” in an extremely derogatory manner is not what we expected. No we aren’t dripping in diamonds or wearing Versace, but we are able to afford the things we want. We both felt the remark to be extremely offensive and degrading. Avoid at all cost if you don’t fit their image of what you should look like to purchase expensive wallpaper. Yes he was very apologetic instantly as I’m sure he realised what he’d said but it had been said and couldn’t be taken back.

Came to the Chorley store to purchase paint samples and had help from a member of staff named Megan. She was extremely helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know. Would recommend this shop for its excellent customer service.
