Ben's Cookies

Friendly staff, cookie was warm soft and doughy on the inside with melting chocolate with a crunch on the outside. A bit too sweet for my taste though and wasn't the best taste I've tried.

Staff were lovely to chat to firstly, with great local insights! The cookies were amazing value for the size and amount, and the taste and texture combine wonderfully

First time I've ever tasted the cookies and I would like to say how delicious they were although pricey well worth it. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend

The BEST cookies! Always soft and sometimes warm. You need to grab one whenever you go wandering through the lanes.

Went to Bens Cookies, Duke St, Brighton on Tue 23rd January, ordered coffee and 3 cookies, handed over my Bank of Scotland £20 note and was flatly refused. Server said the boss has decreed they don't accept Scottish notes. I pointed out that it is sterling, and was supported by another customer, but again refused. I asked for boss's name and contact details to make an official complaint and was again flatly refused. Said she wasn't prepared to give me that information. Absolutely disgusted. Blatant discrimination, not what I would expect of a well known chain in Brighton. I will not be using them again, and I will be taking this further.

Lovely cookies- although the milk cookies were way too under cooked in the middle, literally raw cookie dough. Not that appetising and gave me a dicky tum.The other cookies we had were lovely.

Best cookies, not too sweet... just the right taste! And the girl at the counter was nice and friendly!
