Registered today and a truly pleasant experience . Reception perfectly well managed and friendly approach , appointment and insurance details fully explained. Greeting by dentist and staff was inviting and treatment plan a step above previously encountered . I believe I will be happy in these comfortable and welcoming surroundings. Totally professional.

It's rare to say that a visit to the dentist was pleasant, but I am so happy we chose this as our new surgery. Every member of staff was friendly, and David (my dentist) made me feel very relaxed. The reception area is clean and smart with only one small downside. My only criticism would be that the desk is close to the entrance and it felt a bit like I was obstructing the way in/ out whilst I was paying. Everything that really mattered was spot on.

The best dentists around! I’ve never felt so cared for and so relaxed with a dentist. Dave really cares and ensures you feel relaxed. I never thought I’d come away smiling from a dentist but I always feel so looked after. I couldn’t recommend enough. The entire team are all really lovely!

Tracy Lee here. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I lost part of my front tooth and was devastated. They got me in as a new patient the next day and I can smile again. They were all lovely from Reception to Dentist. I have signed up for a dental plan now and will go back for much needed work. I will try to convince my husband to sign up too.

It has always been a pleasant experience at Cwmbran Thrive, both receptionists and their practitioners are well manner and well spoken.I have had many poor experiences with dental practitioners but I cannot claim that here, both David and Tracy were a pleasure.I cannot give five stars sadly, I wish I could but on each occasion I have been seen outside of my appointment time slot, although not by much.

Been with the practice for many years. Friendly and efficient staff. David is an excellent dentist, who takes time to explain things in plain language. He is especially good with the children, making each visit calm and stress free. Thoroughly recommend.

Joined this practice recently and have had initial appointment with Dentist. Very good with explanation of what was happening in my mouth. Also have had appointment with Hygienist which was excellent also. Now have been given dates of my next six monthly appointments. Cannot fault Thrive Dental Care.

Firstly I am an extremely nervous patient and that itself is an understatement to the least. But from the fantastic and personable receptionists to the dentist assigned to me and the incredibly kind lady who gave me words of reassurance I cannot say enough. This dental surgery has a different feel to it as opposed to others...fantastic and than youvso much.

Was really scared of dentists, but the treatment I received was second to none. I will never be afraid to visit the dentist again. Dr Alice Worne was professional, kind and explained every step of my treatment. I didn't feel any pain during my treatment. Everyone including the receptionist was kind and friendly. Thank you for curing my fear of dentists
