I found James on Google as I needed someone to fix a leak in the Cheltenham area for a tenant. I struck gold! James has been a pleasure to deal with - polite, courteous and incredibly responsive. My tenant's leak was fixed within a few hours of contacting him for the first time, and at a very competitive price. I've since used James for further general repairs and cannot recommend highly enough. 5+ stars!
