Took 2 rings in to be repaired, collected today, am so happy with the work that was done they look like new! Even the old one which had belonged to my nan that had been cut was repaired to like new, can't wait to give it back to my mum so she can finally wear it. Friendly, helpful staff & reasonable prices too.

Took in my silver ring to be reshaped and a small crack on the inside repaired. Was ready within the week and excellent value for money. Incredibly happy with the work carried out.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced this afternoon and I was so happy with the service here. The ladies was so friendly and the lady who done my daughters ears was amazing with her. My daughter left smiling and been non stop chatting about it since. Can't thank them enough! Definitely recommend anyone who kids want their ears done to go here!

Was looking for some educational insight on a recently obtained artifact. Was met with an apalling and hostile approach by the owner who clearly had a biased and derogatory assumption of me before going in. My insight was 'the letters in her name' that qualified her to talk down to me like an idiot. Despite the pompous attitude here, currently sitting on a 5k offer & just wanted to use the letters after my name to advise the owner to take up some education in customer service - the lovely polite girl who works there could probably teach her a thing or two!

We took our ten year old Granddaughter to have her ears pierced today. Granddaughter was very nervous but the lady who works there was so good and totally unrushed that all went really well. Everything was explained every step of the way. Excellent service thank you so much ☺️

My daughter really wanted her ears pierced, and her friends had been to this jewellers and had great experiences.Well honestly, Denise who looked after us was amazing. My daughter (who had been pestering me for ages and was desperate to have it done) had one ear pierced and proceeded to scream the shop down!Denise was so kind, and so understanding even when it took my daughter 40 minutes to work up to getting the second ear done!We even got a text after the appointment to check my daughter was ok. Amazing service. Would really recommend. Thank you Denise!!
