Terrible experience bought a car with some issues and led along to believe they would resolve the issues and it has never materialised. The dealer is very difficult to contact and we are left to resolve the issues ourselves and the finance company they recommended were less than helpful.

Great place - bought a used car from here on the 29th/08/23. The car was is the same condition as seen on the website. Staff were great .Nathan answered all my questions and dealt wirh the paperwork very efficiently. Sales process was very easy and there was no pressure. A great all round experience and I would happily recommend.

The owner of the Company, Passion cars assisted me to purchase my vehicle. He was extremely helpful and went out his way to make sure I was very happy with my purchase. AVOID . Purchased a fiat 500 semi automatic from this dealership back in July. On my very first journey my car stopped several times. Leaving me stranded with my 2 year old in the back. Reported to passion cars, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car as it had passed the MOT. I drove the car again and the same problem arises leaving me stranded yet again. There is a serious engine failure with this car. Once I mentioned the reviews to the owner who doesn't speak very good English, he said he will not be collecting the car and that I am responsible for any faults with it!! Now I am left with a car I cannot use as it was sold to me not being road worthy. I've read other reviews on here about people having the same issue with this dealership, althought a few fake reviews have been added since to make them look more professional. I'm now seeking legal advice. AVOID this place like the plague. They sell you dodgy cars that could put you and your children's lives at risk.
