Brilliant! Great Service. Have good selection of cold drinks and Newspapers. I often pop in to use the Ervi Drop off- the owner is lovely so friendly and Helpful! Credit to the Town Centre

Absolutely terrible place to visit, will NEVER go back again!! Today the older gentleman" kept shouting at me and used threatening behaviour......He actually scared me. All because I was querying a parcel I needed to send back to Amazon via Evri. He accused me of the things he was actually doing to me. NEVER in all my years have I been treated like that as a customer and I've NEVER treated people like that either!! I would give minus stars if I could. There were other customers in the shop too just for reference!!"

I go to Jp news to drop off and pickup parcels. Overtime,Jp the owner has become my friend.Very friendly man and everytime i go there i am sure of a friendly face and some banter.

I usually visit this store to return my Amazon parcels as it is a Hermes shop. It has printer in-store and does easy return of packages.

I made a complete hash of packaging two parcels to return through the Hermes service. The chap in the store helped me out, gave me a free box and was super friendly.
