Motorvogue King's Lynn Dacia

I have been very pleased with the care and attention shown. I was concerned by a problem with my new car, but this has been looked at and addressed. I hope this is a one-off obviously.

Telephone booking experience was very good as was reception when I have brought my car in for service.You don't get five stars because you state that as part of the service you provide, you wash the customers car.So far, it's never been done. Hoping this will be done when I bring my car in tomorrow for a part replacement under warranty. Otherwise, all good...

I have copied your customer service into email to your manager Will Ritson and have had no response from customer service and very little from Will. We purchased from the forecourt on 2nd Jan a new Duster, and ordered a Sandero Stepway, delivery of which was expected May I had no information as to a possible delay and in fact the sales person Chris actually told and showed me a spreadsheet with my vehicle made in the compound ready to be shipped earlier than expect Only to be told by Will no delivery end May June, then to be told by someone else when I had a problem with my present Sandero delivery June July after another email to Will to be told August. I have already shared by views with Dacia direct and have informed Will I am cancelling the vehicle.

On first call, team member understood the problem and told me exactly how much a diagnostic test would cost and booked the car in. I had to change the date (easily done) and then delivered car to Motorvogue King's Lynn at 8 am on 13th March. Team member on duty was very pleasant and although I hadn't asked for book and wait, he said he'd push it through so it would hopefully be ready by 10.30 am. Around 9.30 am, my car was ready and didn't cost as much as first advised as problem related to the fact that car was previously being serviced by non-Dacia mechanic and problem was simple to resolve - and my car had been washed - great result all round!

Greeted at door and assigned a sales person. Told us about options available, offered test drive. Helped us choose and order the model we wanted. Communicated throughout process and kept us up to date with order. Good service and follow up.

My car was in at 8.30am sat.for service,no courtesy car booked ,said it would be done by midday. Got call at about 10.15/10.30 to say all done.

No nonsense approach and not pushy. Obviously they are sales people but I didn't feel like I was forced I to anything and they accepted politely when I refused certain offers.Car is very nice and I'll very likely be returning to Motorvogue for my next one!

Not a good start after the day we said we would buy one on the first delivery date had to chase staff to find out there was no call back or email had to come in again for to say not going to get car on second delivery date so gave them the seven day notice suddenly the car arrived
