I came to the company to speak to someone with regards to a collision that my husband's car had been in.The gentleman from the FixAuto department spoke to me and reviewed some pictures to try and advise - he was very helpful in ensuring that we got all of the potential issues checked rather than just the aesthetics re-painted.We returned later with the car for a slightly more informed quote and spoke to the same gentleman. He was again very helpful and advised us to ensure we had all the correct checks as well as the repairs that were visible.Unfortunately, we have to go through the insurance and cannot choose the garage we use. However, we are fully informed to make sure the garage they choose complete the work that is needed.Thank-you.

I’ve recently moved to the area and needed my old banger MOTing. Someone at work recommended this garage so I gave them a try. They were prompt, efficient and reasonable with the price for works carried out. They will now be my new local garage, I will definitely use them again.

The garage had lost my number while my campervan van was having work done, so instead of waiting for me to ring them they delivered it to my door free of charge as they knew we needed it back for going away in. What an amazing service. Lovely friendly staff and service. Priced VERY competitively. You could ask for more. You’ve won yourself a new customer, thank you

Their customer service is amazing, always kept informed about what was happening and whether they had come across any issues. They use genuine manufacturers parts, which may make them a little more expensive than some garages, which is backed up by the high standard of work their mechanics do. Would highly recommend them.

Car was booked in for Friday they rang the day before to tell me they'd quoted the wrong price and said it was £200 more,the day before!!!Rang round locally and managed to get the exact same job done for over £350 cheaper. Not be using them again.

Had my vehicles air conditioning re-gased here at a good price. It is a large company and has sites on either side of the road. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The waiting area is clean and has good seats. While you're waiting you can peruse their awards cabinet.
