Hugely let down by this service

Absolutely amazing people I visited here on June 2021 during my cycle west coast from derry to cork I stayed here my brother was my support driver iv done the same cycle every year for all different charities 2020 derry to cork in aid of foyle search and rescue then 2021 derry to cork in aid of svp ireland then 2022 derry to cork in aid of foyle hospice so this June I will be cycling the west coast from derry to cork I hope to visit bunratty again I’ll try get booked in to bunratty Mews b&b beautiful place so welcoming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been refusing to give me any help, I'm now in a really bad spot because of their refusal to help me in any way regarding my housing situation, been told there is clear action to be taken against the landlord, still didn't do nothing. I've begged them for help as I'm in such a desperate position, to which I got a reply saying they would consider it !. I've been put through months of harassment by my landlord and letting agent , now I'm homeless.And now I'm not receiving any messages back from anyone, it's been well over a month, I've sent several messages and still nothing.The replys from them just suddenly stopped and now I'm getting nothingThere is plenty of other good solicitors out there, so don't waste your time here.I'd like to know why I've been refused any service, but I'm no longer willing to waste my time asking why, as I know I'll just continued to be ignored.I'll always remember MMP Solicitors as the people who sat and refused to do anything for me while I literally begged them to do so while I sat and suffered for months with zero help.
