Quoted £12 for a passport photo, went in the next day and it's £12.99. Took no care in taking it. And rude enough to make me wait whilst on the phone. Would not recommend.

Absolutely awfull ,,didn't do stuff when was supposed to ,,asked 3 times for email to be sent to merryhill branch ,which wasn't don't after waiting 6days I asked for refund ,,which lady in shop at time was very helpful,,other 2 male staff were a waste of space ,,,,,,

I am very disappointed with the service on this occasion. Ordered the 1-hour service for collection in store 2 days later after hearing nothing. I contacted the online customer services and was told to call the store. Called the store & I could tell that there was a problem. The assistant was the 1st helpful person to speak to me. My husband has collected the mug & it was just handed to him, no box, no pay a bit of ripped bubble wrap.I have used Max spielman for years, but not again.Online has let me down, and I just can not recommend you at all.

I rushed in at 4:45 to this branch because I urgently needed some help putting photos on a SD card I was superbly helped and looked after by Kieran and Mike these lads I cannot thank you enough excellent service

Although only a small shop the lady working in there is very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and unflappable. The products are of good quality and printing a photo from your phone is so easy. I would highly recommend this branch of Max Speilman.
