From start to finish the care and service given to myself from Carl of Vertu York Mini was exceptional. Great for asking advice on what extras he’d go for and updating on the build of the car. Me and my partner recently purchased a Mini from here. The service we recieved from Carl was absolutely amazing and we could not fault it. He helped us so much through the process of picking out our car, explaining the different ranges of Mini’s they provide and spoke thoroughly through all makes and models. Carl was also very helpful with showing us the ranges of colours we could pick and all the spec’s to go with it. Carl has rang and emailed about the manufacture and production time frame throughout the few months we was waiting, just to give updates. Having bought many cars over the years, I have to say Rebecca and Lucy were the best two car sales people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Both so approachable and helpful, unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I had to cancel my order but would 100% recommend going to mini york and I will hopefully return in the future. The BMW dealership could learn a lot from these two ladies!
