Visited the shop recently. It was shut though surrounding businesses were all open. Was not impressed when I looked through the windows. Place was a total mess; dirty and disorganised. Visited a business close by who warned me off because of the way a friend of theirs had been treated. Grateful for the advice. Have since bought a new scooter from a company in Preston. Much safer bet.

Bought a second hand mobility scooter from here a few weeks ago, it developed a problem soon after whereby it would just cut out and stop, I left it for a few days before taking it back to see if I could pinpoint the problem. As I could not resolve it myself I took it back for this shop to have a look at, the next day they phoned to say it was ready. When I went to collect it they told me that the ignition switch was the cause of the problem and I could see that a new one had been fitted. My wife asked how much the repair was and was told it is free. Considering we did not pay a great deal for the scooter and things like this can go at any time I consider that fantastic service.Thank you North West Mobility.

My mum brought a scooter from here.no problems until the batteries started to die .was told she needed 2 batteries.she was charged £150.A bit steep to me.

The guy who owns it is. Is really helpful I'm hoping to by a scooter from him

2nd hand Mobility scooters very reasonable & in good condition. Owner very polite and helpful.
