Had an issue with an item from Rick Wakeman not arriving for several months( I had pre-ordered it). Anne-Marie L. was very helpful, keeping in touch with me as she worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. She was very kind and patient with my frequent 'checking in' on the progress she was making. Gonzo and Rick are lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them! She is a great asset to the company!.... maybe a raise can be in the works??!! :) Maybe catch Rick on a day when he isn't so grumpy !?(lol). Anyway , the C.D. and DVD are excellent and are most welcome additions to my collection ! Thanks again for all your help Anne-Marie!

Excellent service from Anne-Marie. She was very helpfull in my order being sent to a UK hotel instead of my home adress in the Netherlands.Website would'nt allow this, so she arranged for me to pay with paypal and dispatched the order manually.Great customer service!!!

I ordered a couple of items from the Rick Wakeman online store and had them shipped to my address in the US. There was a very minor problem with the order (an honest mistake) and the team was eager to assist me at no cost. All items were packaged well and handled with care. Anne-Marie was a big help and I will certainly order from them in the future!
