AVOID THIS PLACE !Purchased a Range Rover Evoque 2019 with 20K miles on PCP. Broke down in 4 weeks. Parks were very unhelpful. Staff told my wife they had no curtesy car and don’t know when our car will be repaired due to parts being on back order.Got a courtesy car next day after complaining. We got a Mazda which was okay but after 2 weeks, we asked for a like for like as paying for a Range Rover we don’t have. This was declined by parks and again said we don’t know when it will be fixed. We had to call them and they never contacted us. Never apologised once until we contacted the finance company direct and raised a complaint which was upheld and car was taken back to them. Parks customer service is awful. I have been told about countless bad encounters with this garage since I’ve experienced this.Went back to Arnold Clark and very happy with our new car.

Booked my Velar in for a few minor works with ease, supported through the process by Callie (Service Representative Agent at Parks, Ayr). Provided with a courtesy car, dropped off to my home, as required for work and my own vehicle was ready for collection/drop off within 36hrs. Can’t fault the place, overall a very positive experience, thanks guys (especially Callie)!

Purchased a Discovery Sport In August of 2021. Unfortunately, the car has suffered continued faults since the start of ownership , and Parks of Ayr have neglected to assist in rectifying. Car not serviced (and had to be serviced by another Land Rover dealer), electrical fault remains on car. Currently negotiating to return the car to the dealership. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Despite the vast array of available vehicles available, I was struck by the tumbleweed attitude in this dealership. Its been a while since we’ve been in ( due to one thing and another ) but the flashy showroom and shiny cars belay the lack of ..... something?? but I can't put my finger on it ???What has remained constant is the lack of communication, phone calls that are never returned, people never available.... unless you are actually buying a new £90,000 car then you can have a coffee.Although its not my favourite retailer, I find myself returning time after time. I'll have a word with my therapist and get back to you on that.

Sold me my Range Rover SVR. Great attention to detail and fantastic service. The deal was completed quickly and efficiently. Ive bought multiple cars from the Parks Group at various branches. Can’t fault any of them or their dedication. Thanks guys and girls. Will definitely be back for my next car.

This must be rate the worst Land Rover dealership in the country . When onto their site around 10 days ago seen a Range Rover that I might like .filled in the details of my car that I wanted to trade in heard nothing in 5 days .so sent a email Blair Monaghan o send me your information again ie the year mileage ect and I’ll get back to you in a day or 2 ? Another 5 days on nothings. Does this dealership sell any cars or do they just like showing the public photos of them .
