I have a shop in Norfolk and Minuteman press in hove came out to me regardless of how far I am, the quality of the prints was far better then anywhere else I tried and competitive prices, but. I did pay for quality and received it! Would highly recommend!

I had two days to try and replicate a 4 metre advert board fitted to the side of my bus ahead of the 40th birthday of the company it was new too at the weekend, having spent the best part of two weeks being mucked about by other companies and online printers.Minuteman press absolutely went above and beyond! I was welcomed into their shop and when I told them my deadline they didn’t tell me once it was impossible, but instead they listened, worked with me and produced a genuinely brilliant quality printed vinyl on foamex board. They are a team who aren’t interested in upselling or fleecing you out of every penny, but instead wanted to give you the best quality product and the right one for the job, so much so my advert was only meant to be temporary, but I can tell it’s durable enough to be a permanent feature! And the best part is it didn’t break the bank, I was quoted more online!I am not one to write reviews but I couldn’t recommend Minuteman more and I know exactly who I’ll be using again in the future!

Initial interface with Pablo was a truly excellent customer service experience. Subsequently not so. After re-booking the wrap due to my van breaking down I was left an ansaphone message (not by Pablo) the day before the due date, at 1530, expressing disappointment that I had not dropped the van off that morning (it wasn't due until the next morning), and also asked to call in to re-book - and I quote Hopefully next time you won't let us down". A spectacular example of how not to do it. When I highlighted that this was an oversight at their end there was no apology. It became obvious pretty quickly that there was little to be gained in pushing the point. The stars goes to Pablo who is genuinely delightful. Subsequent to this post I needed TJ to re-stick the rear window decal and re-align one of the side stickers. This they did immediately. The finished result is very good

Absolutely superb service from Pablo at Minuteman in Portland Road. Very friendly, very helpful. The printing was also really good value, far less than we’d been quoted elsewhere (for four sheets on high gloss, heavy paper). Pablo did the scan for us and then fixed a few blemishes in the artwork without us even having to ask. Gracias Pablo.

We have used TJ's for 15 years and they are by far the best printers in Brighton & Hove. The staff go above and beyond with every job and are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend highly enough!
