Great shop with huge selection of work equipment and a great range of boots, helpful staff and very convenient for being able to try on work wear.

As a tradesman I needed a waterproof outdoor jacket - so went here for one. The assistant gave me 2 to look at. Jacket let water through within a hour. I took back for an exchange but got fobbed of that they couldn't do this and no managers or regional managers were around to help. I have to wait now several days for a phonecall? poor customer service and I wish I went to screwfix instead ( had too anyway to get a new one as they also kept the coat!!!)
