Terrible desk service, rang the bell 5 times no answer! Although constant chatting behind the door. Then rang the phone, no answer. Good parts terrible service

Unfortunately all the other reviews for this place are right. The service is terrible, made to feel like you are a burden upon them. Be prepared to wait for about 10 mins after ringing the bell before someone actually turns up.The whole front of the building looks completely abandoned, so unless you know to go up the side and round the back, no indication of any activity on site.

Rang the bell consistently for 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Sounded like a social club behind the door with lots of swearing. I could hear the bell from where I was stood so I know they could. Gave up in the end and left empty handed. Non existent services.

This business is very poor ,computers are never working, people dealing with customers out of a first floor window, having the driveway done while the business is open. Very poor and unprofessional.
