New Look
This morning I had an incident and I had to buy a pair of jeans in emergency, so the first shop was new look, the staff was amazing and very helpful. I was in a rush and I couldn't get that blonde girl her name to thank her for her help and the sweets she gave me. Such a kind girl, little things make big difference in someone's day. Thank you

New Look
Very small branch in the station. Selection is limited and the branch is messy. Most of the branches in the West End or City have closed down. I tend to shop online and only come here when I need to collect an order. Wouldn't bother otherwise. Sale items are good especially footwear. Staff are generally pleasant and friendly.

New Look
As I began my two hour travel at 6 am my shoes broke 10 minutes in and past the point of no return. I broke the other heal off to match but now the glue had separated from the sole and the heal and I looked like a hot mess. I began frantically searching shops at the other side of my journey that were open at 8 am and my prayers were answered.I ended my journey in Victoria STN and ascended up the escalator and was amazed to find a shop open so early and managed to buy some replacement shoes and promptly binned my old ones. The shop was a godsend and the staff were Ángels and I am eternally grateful for them otherwise I would have been forced to go bare foot to a very important meeting. You can imagine my embarrassment but newlook Victoria saved the day. I’m so very eternally grateful x

New Look
For me a female clothing store leaves me cold.however my daughter thought she died and gone to heaven when we went into this new look. It was across two floors with an escalator at one end and staircase at the other. As a large store it carried a much wider range than some of new looks smaller stores. everything was clean and tidy and the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I only add 5 stars for the amazing support I received from Ambia. She promptly helped me and answered my questions when her colleague (a girl with glasses, and orange hair, probably named Katie) was not helpful and had poor behaviour. Ambia was wonderful and I thank her!

Fantastic friendly service in the store and brilliant after sales care. I purchased 2 vouchers here whilst I was visiting London for the weekend and got home to find I didn't have one of them. I rang the store and the manager had found it and put it to one side. They couldn't have been more lovely and helpful and sent it on to my home address.

New Look
Excellent customer care from Katie yesterday evening. From the moment I walked in the store, I received great service and attention. I was assisted in returning an item. Katie was helpful and welcoming.
