Happy with the Air Con recharge work done but reception on arrival seemed like they were not expecting my car and asked if I had booked it online. After confirming on his screen that it was he took my car keys and threw them in a desk draw as if he was not pleased to see me. On collection reception was much better, friendly greeting and answered questions I had. They also recovered and returned my digital camera from the engine with my thanks. Would like to have received a report on the condition of my Air Con system, like gas recovered and charge amount and before and after outlet temps as per your Web page promise.

I popped in without an appointment to have a nail in my tyre sorted. The team were brilliant, solving the problem quickly, repairing the tyre, when I had thought I would need new one, and their customer service to all customers who were present in the short time I was waiting was of the highest quality, nothing was too much trouble. I hope I don't get another puncture but if I do I will absolutely come here again. Thanks for the brilliant service.

I was there for iver an hour. Booked in at 1pm left at 1410. Guys on their phone halfway through jobs, chatting and eating. Doing everything other than fit tyres.

We had an unexpected puncture. Found closest kwikfit on line. Dropped in and puncture was repaired quickly and efficiently, allowing us to carry on with our journey. Very reasonable cost too.

Incredibly thorough vehicle check which revealed issues not even reported by another Lincoln garage a few months ago. The issues were documented by photographic evidence which is essential and appreciated. At all stages the staff were highly professional, friendly and providing updates which were very reassuring. Overall excellent and highly efficient service for this customer.
