I cannot speak too highly of Kerry's expertise and her studio is a haven of peace and tranquility - a soothing balm in these troubled times.For several years I have enjoyed a regular full body massage and continue to marvel at the relaxed feeling of wellbeing at the end of every session. I moved to the area 3 years ago and luckily found Kerry when I needed a good reflexologist. Having some complex health issues I needed someone who really knew their 'stuff' and have always found her to be knowledgeable and professional. The treatment room is immaculate and treatments are never rushed. I have since had massage and ear candle treatments with Kerry and would highly recommend her.

I've had 2 massage treatments provided by Kerry to date. Both were very relaxing and soothing. I loved every minute spent on the table and I couldn't recommend her more. Very professional, great variety of massage techniques and, what's the most important, she managed to get rid off my shoulder pain. I will book again for sure!

Review by Hilary Lumley.I had been thinking about trying reflexology and massage for quite some time. I have a neuromuscular condition and had been told of potential therapeutic benefits of such treatments. Earlier this year I decided to take the plunge and contacted Fourward Health and I am so glad I did. Kerry is a wonderful practitioner. She is professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and compassionate. Sessions are wonderfully relaxing and I always come away feeling energised and pampered and with a profound sense of well-being. I would highly recommend Kerry and Fourward Health.

Where do I begin to sing my praises of reflexology with Kerry. Reflexology is an amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating modality. I always feel that I walk a little lighter and my body functions better for days after a session with Kerry. She gives a session that helps to relax and soothe the body and mind. I have been going to Kerry for reflexology treatments for several years now. Each session takes place in a calm and peaceful environment where one can really relax. I have also had ear candling before undertaking long-haul flights.Kerry is extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
