My wife and I viewed the car (Audi TT MK3) as soon as it was advertised, asked for a test drive and was given one no questions asked. I asked for a couple of very minor niggles to be sorted after putting down a deposit and they were dealt with accordingly, we agreed on a seriously good trade in price for my old car (Audi TT MK2) without any haggling at all. Upon arriving to pick the car up Jason Greaves had all the paperwork ready to sign, he did all relevant things with the DVLA online and explained how to transfer my private plate, the car was presented in an immaculate condition. Absolutely first class experience from start to finish, including David the sales manager and other staff we spoke to. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and this is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The new car is absolutely superb.

It took 3 visits to purchase my new Nissan Leaf, the first for a test drive, the second to have my old car valued for trade in and finally to complete paperwork and make payment. Abigail steered me through the whole process and l couldn't fault her professional approach. A thoroughly good experience rewarded by an excellent deal and a nice new car

Very happy overall. Would have given 5 stars but hand over wasn't very smooth and have been back multiple times. But they did everything they said they were going to do and they did go the extra mile in the end to put things right. We are happy with our used car and the price was fair enough. Front of house team are a credit to the company.
