Phoned up about led back lights failure on my tv ,took it down to shop and 2 hours later got a call to say it was repaired and ready,also cheaper than I expected , great service, highly recommend, nice polite guy.thanks * * * * *

Can't not fault the service came out at short notice and sorted the TV plus other devices took his time also explained how things where 100% over the moon

I only had a telephone conversation with the guy. Very rude and put the phone down on me. He has no customer care skills at all.
