Internets down weekly. We're a business which relies on internet. No use in fixing and certainly no rush either. I've give 1 star... id give less if I could.

EssexWiFi go the extra mile to ensure that the service they provide to my home, works reliably. Being rural, this is tricky. Prone to all sorts of unexpected issues, including the weather and trees.Over the three years I have been with them there have only been a handful of times when the service has deteriorated and in all cases they fix it promptly.

Dreadful. Intermittent at best, paying for a service that isn't fit for purpose. Expensive and customer service poor. Only answer the emails which suit them. Promise a solution but weeks away, so potentially 6 weeks of dire service. Only responded once irritation, frustration and exasperation expressed with vigour.

Because I'm surrounded by tress I thought I was doomed to a terrible connection, that was until Essex WiFi came and sorted us our, and within 2 days!!!

BT said I had fibre and charged me for it, but gave me 5meg speed. Essex WiFi, came and checked to see if they can reach me, and then, 2 days later, no cables, no street dug up, wireless internet at my place at 30megs !! Thank you Essex WiFi
