Wonderful kayaking tour, very accommodating of different abilities. Karl was a great guide a d lovely to talk with. Great mission. Waterway itself is lovely with a surprising amount of waterfowl

The Pirate Castle
The venue is great, and they have a large variety of activities that you can do, mainly centered around the canal, however you are also able to book the hall for dry activities. The facilities are fully accessible, with a lift inside and a wheelchair ramp for the larger narrow-boat. All of the staff are very friendly and inclusive, and regularly do LGBT themed paddles.

My 10 year old daughter spent lots of her summer holiday here and never got bored of it. Great staff. Good equipment. Safe without being boring. Fantastic use of the canal. We give it ten out of ten!

I highly recommend the Pirate Castle services for private boat tours. I booked the Black Pearl for a private 2h cruise on the canal with a group of friends. Price is reasonable compared to other businesses, and service is above expectations! Our skipper was lovely, and we were able to bring food and drinks aboard, we could also play music. A great way to celebrate my birthday!

Attended a birthday party here. Clean and tidy environment with kitchen and event room for rent. Great location on the canal. Plan to get the kids to go kayaking here soon!
