I got air source heat pump and solar panels and batteries installed at my home. EBRL were efficient and courteous and answered my many dumb questions patiently and solved problems where they arose.I am very pleased with the systems. Air source keeps my home cosy and the solar panels and batteries are reducing my overall energy consumption which is particularly valuable at this time. I just need to get an electric vehicle and start using my EV charger now.Helpful staff and very little disturbance or mess during installation.

EBRL are a very professional and good value for money company, every step was clearly explained and no additional things were tried to be sold.

Rang to tell me my boiler was over 7 years old. Not sure how they knew this as the house I live in, which is council property, was only built 5 years ago!!!!!

Absolutely useless company. I had a grant for a AIR4WATER system. It took 4 visits by different teams and they have left my roof in a state. I have contacted them multiple times to come and sort it out but they keep passing the buck. I do not even know it the system is on as I was given no instructions and they have not got back to me!!! The only time they were on the ball is when they wanted there voucher BEFORE they had finished the job. Did not get any paperwork for nearly a months badgering by which time it was too late to register the warranty/guarantee. Let's see if this post will have any effect but I doubt it.

EBRL provided an excellent service in the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump for our recently refurbished bungalow. They are professional, helpful and installed the equipment on-time. Would certainly recommend them for any renewable project.

Extremely charismatic till they get the the job, then it all goes downhill.Had to pay another contractor to finish the mess they'd left.

I had solar panels installed by EBRL in March 2023. I have now been waiting eight months for them to complete the commissioning paperwork, with still no end in sight and no way of setting up any SEG tariff with my energy provider until this process is complete. I have so far lost hundreds of pounds due to these delays and have received little communication, no apology and have struggled to speak to anyone regarding this. Staff frequently promise to call back, and then do not and emails to the company go unanswered. Solar panels are a large investment and I feel completely strung along by EBRL. They were quite happy to take payment, but then completely ignore you. I would strongly advise against having work done with them.

Awful experience. Do not use this company. Pushy, unprofessional. Money orientated and didn't even fix the problem (made it worse) nyet charging me ridiculous amounts.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Installation was quick and guys fitting the boiler were great. So pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend. My boiler comes with a 10 year parts and labour warranty so no need for breakdown cover.
