Very helpfull upgrading my phone. Dan was serving me and I was done in about 15 minutes. Was very happy with the service and will be returning in the future to upgrade again with Vodafone.

I went there for buy a Vodafone prepay sim. People very kind and sweet. The agent activated my sim very fast and he gave me the best prepaid plan for my staying in Colchester. The store it’s really nice inside, very good atmosphere. Giving 5 star it’s not much I would give to this place 1000 stars because I had the best experience ever. Good Job Vodafone Colchester

Not helpful in anyway if you have a real issue with vodafone even if vodafone has disconnected your number for no reason. Met a young female member of staff there today, have not seen someone this uninterested in trying to help in a while. May do with some customer service training.

I had a very bad experience with this store. Trying to return an item I had never used, to mention it had only been about 1-2 weeks since I had made the new contract and all, had all the necessary parts but the box it came with was damaged, they said there is nothing they can do, so I will just have to pay for the item for the next 2 years even though I shall not use it. They were adamant on not helping. Luckily I called Vodafone the next day and they managed to help me.

Advisor was perfectly helpful, however it should NOT take well over an hour to simply renew a contract and buy a WiFi dongle with SIM. Should take 10 minutes maximum. The in-store process, computer system, whatever, needs serious improvements.
