BUYER BEWARE - THEY ARE BREAKING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT .UPDATE ... ASKED FOR COMPENSATION AND THEY ACCCUSED ME OF BLACKMAIL .IN THE COMPENSATION ASK I EVEN OFFERED TO REMOVE THE BAD REVIEWSpurchased from LCM Vans Perth a Nissan NV 200 van on the 12th of November 2021It broke down on Thursday 24th March 2022 at this point I had owned the Van for 4 months and 13 days.The following day Friday 25th March 2022I was told it needed a new engine by LCM Vans4 months and 14 days from date of purchase.At this point I asked for a full refund but was told I was not entitled... I have now found out this wasn't completely correct information. They also said I would need to claim under warranty which isn't correct either .I was given a courtesy vanThe van I was given had no road tax as I was stopped by the police doing random checks on Monday 23rd of May 2022 . I explained it was a courtesy van and they told me not to use it till rectified. I told this to LCM Vans.The Nissan Van was returned with a new engine on 25 May 2022.On the 25th May warning lights appeared on the dash board and I informed the GarageOn the 26th of May I returned the Van to the garage for reset .. the warning lights returned the same day and I was told to monitor it but keep driving.On the 1st of June 2022 warning lights were still on the dash board and it was returned to the garage the same day for resetOn the 02 June 2022 the warning lights re appeared after roughly 30 miles. It was returned to the garage where it failed to startOn 06 June the van was returned to meThe van was then returned to the garage on their advice on Monday 06th June 2022 as the warning lights appeared again.At this point the garage gave me a car to use.On Thursday the 09th of June the van failed to start when parked in Perth Town Centre. It was recovered by the garageOn Friday 10 June I was told by the garage and LCM vans that the van now required a new ECU.On Monday 13th June I collected the same now road taxed van from LCM vansOn Thursday the 21st of July I got a puncture repaired to the rear tyre of the courtesy . I also had to get 2 new tyres for the front of the courtesy van as they were bald below the wire. These tyres had obviously been bald from the very start of me receiving the courtesy van back in April , when LCM were informed of this they didn't not offer me any money for the tyres I had to purchaseAs it stands now on the 15th September 2022 I still have not received my van back from repair and have now had to issue a legal warning to recover my moneyAbsolutely awful service and now over 10k out of pocket.They don't answer emails or phone calls...and try to use what's app to do businessI would expect some kind of reply to this review saying its false or I'm hard work ... all lies I have every single part of this complaint documented and recorded. Trading standards are also aware of the case and will likely take action in due course

Not even worth a star, bought a van 2 months ago. After 2 days it broke down, air pollution filters. Van got recovered supposedly repaired and driven back to my home address for it to break down again 2 days later this time it was engine failure. Then taken to a garage where I was told it was needing a new dpf system. In the middle of all of this happening I was basically called a liar and it was my fault the van was like this. Was offered another van that when inspecting it had multiple issues. At this point I walked away from the seller Laura and she told me that could not pull out of the deal which was total lies. After 2 months of endless emails from finance company I have received my money back. Would not recommend this dealership. NOTE ALL OF THE VANS GO THROUGH CHECKS BEFORE SALES LOL

Amazing service from Laura at LCM vans from start to finish….Laura sold my old car and helped me find a new one all in one day and was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back! Thanks again x

Can't thank Laura at LCM vans enough, my husband needed a replacement van for work and laura went above and beyond to get the perfect van and not just a plain white one but a lovely blue one. Perfect for what he required, checked out by a garage and MOT done before we collected it. The van is in perfect condition and valeted to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Where to start with LCM Vans, from first phone call to enquire about a van Laura was great. There was no sales hassling from them like you get with other bigger companies. Van was as described when seen in person and well priced. This won't be the last van I buy from LCM Vans and recommend to anyone looking for a change of van.
