I would not recommend this place at all. Both necklaces provided to be fixed broke within less than a week of wearing. Customer service was also not good - the staff was very rude when I went back to get the second repair (after the first repair didn’t work). For what I paid, I’m very displeased with the service.

Recently had a ladies Rolex bracelet re pinned, by this jewellers. It use to have a 90’ bend in the links now it’s like new. Bracelet came back highly polished and in great condition. All done at a really good price.

The people at this jewellers are amazing. Friendly and fair. I brought in a ring that I thought couldn’t be fixed and they fixed it within a week, quoted me a very fair price and when I got it back the ring looked better than ever. They’re honestly brilliant. The ring was so meaningful to me and the person who gave it to me that I was so worried it wouldn’t get fixed, but I got it back good as new! Highly recommend! X

Had two necklaces fixed as their clasps broke. They fixed it within 5 minutes, great service and knowledgable. Gave me tips on how to look after my jewellery

Extremely happy! Took my chain to have the clasp replaced which they did perfectly as well as fixing an issue with the link to the pendant without asking on top of giving it a clean (I don’t think it’s ever been this clean) all for £20. Will 100% be using them again.

Brilliant place, great customer service. Had a watch, 2 bracelets and a chain repaired and was very impressed with service, price and speed. They had found a problem with the watch and managed to fix it, which another watch repair shop had choose to ignore and at NO EXTRA COST to myself. Would happily recommend to others.

The rings detached from the inside of my chronograph watch and I went to a jewellery shop where the guy quoted a £50 repair price. I decided to try Willesden Jewellers and my watch was repaired at a much lower cost and very efficiently. Very fast!!! So impressive. I will definitely use them again

I'm assuming this shop has paid for its 4 and 5 star reviews. As a public service announcement to the people of North London my advice is to avoid like the plague. They were rude to the point of being offensive and absolutely ruined my mother's watch mainly due to an inability to read.* additional - following Vijay response as there is no reply" function.We asked for an engraving on a very sentimental piece that belonged to my deceased mother. You spelled both names wrong and then had the audacity to blame my partner. Your staff showed me what SHE wrote and it was totally correct. No apology given no care given and the back of the watch is ruined."

WOW!! What a marvellous job you've done on my old Rolex jubilee bracelet - it looks almost like new. Thank you for being so helpful, efficient and courteous - much appreciated and I will certainly be recommending you whenever I can.

Excellent service - had a problem with my watch since April 2014 and it was resolved few weeks ago and fixed instantly. Also I had an issue with a ring and it was dealt with within 2 working days . It was marvellous how beautiful the ring was returned. I strongly recommend Willesden Jewellers to anyone.LS
