We had a problem with our boiler called MCH they sent a engineer round and he fixed it within an hour all under warranty. Excellent!

My neighbour had an emergency late on Saturday afternoon. I phone the emergency number and Ian rang me back. With his advice I was able to diagnose a frozen condensate pipe. Brilliant service. Thanks again Ian. A 90 yr old woman will be warm tonight now.

Great company, very responsive when we had to call them out urgently, they service my elderly Mothers’ boiler and have always come out straight away. Today we had Jacob round to service the boiler. Jacob is professional, friendly and very helpful, explained how the boiler setting worked, absolutely excellent, highly recommended company.

It was a first class service from start to finish. Phoned them on Sunday afternoon when we noticed our CH boiler leaking and they assisted us over the phone to put a temporary measure in place before the engineer could get to us. Job assessed, parts ordered and fitted within 3 days. Price was reasonable and similar to elsewhere but what set this company apart from others was the outstanding communication/customer service. I normally contact the company who installed the boiler (the company that my builder used) but they are not contactable on Sundays. I won't bother with them again and will choose Merseyside Central Heating every time. Mrs Leech

We had a problem with our boiler recently in a Friday afternoon. It caused us a little concern because the pressure was far too high. I bled one of the radiators to try and reduce it. This worked, but only temporarily. So, we called MCH. They were really busy, which was understandable at this time of the year. They estimated a call to our house just after the weekend, and I agreed, although feeling a bit concerned about things. ( Not knowing about these things, I was imagining that the boiler could blow up!) However, the very next day they called back and were able to fit us in for that afternoon. The guy arrived, suitably equipped with both tools and equipment, and with a really helpful attitude. This is actually our usual experience with MCH engineers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. We’ve used only these guys for about 40 years now! They’ve always delivered.

Absolutely brilliant service from Merseyside Central Heating. New boiler was replaced in days, tidy and professional service from Josh and Sean, excellent customer service from the office crew. Price was great too, highly recommend this company, thanks, Gill.

What great service!Christmas Eve with young children and an elderly parent, my worst nightmare, no heating, nor water. Called the office then emergency number, got a call back very quickly. Despite not being able to fit us in, Ian took time via WhatsApp and photos to do a temporary repair to get the system up and running, then refused payment as he hadn’t been able to physically visit - we now have a warm house and hot water.I couldn’t be more grateful and would 100% recommend using this company. Excellent service! We were promised the best by Mr McCormack on his initial survey to replace our heating system and we got it! Mike and Paul were fantastic!
